SCHEDULE

The following is the daily/weekly schedule starts July 2020. When we make changes we will do so on the site and give out calendars at the school! Please look below the schedule to see our on-going calendar. Dates are subject to change but we want to give out as much notice as possible. You have an option to print the calendar although we will give them out too :)

MONDAY                                      
5:00-5:30 Lil' Dragons and White/Yellow Belts
5:35-6:15 Orange-Black Belts 11 and Under (unless younger but larger)

6:20-7:00 ALL White-Black Belts Fusion 12 and Up

7:00-8:00 Dragotta Fitness (daily workouts set up by Mr. Dragotta)

5:15-5:50 White-Black Belt WARRIORS (11 and Under)
5:55-6:30 Extreme (all ages, must be Orange Belt for Warriors) 
6:35-7:10 All belts 12 and Up
7:15-8:00 Dragotta Fitness (weights, cardio, plyo and more!)

5:00-5:45 White-Black Belt WARRIORS (10 and UNDER)

5:45-6:30 White-Black Belt FUSION and IMPACT (11 and UP)

Private lessons before and after classes.

THURSDAY

5:15-5:45 PURPLE-BLACK BELT WARRIORS (11 and under)

5:50-6:25 Lil' Dragons/White-Blue Belt Warriors (11 and under)

6:30-7:10 White-Black Belt (12 and UP)

7:15-7:45 Instructor Class

FRIDAY

5:30-6:05 White-Black Belt WARRIORS (11 and UNDER)

6:00-6:40 White-Black Belt FUSION/IMACT (11 and UP)

FROM TIME TO TIME THERE MAY BE A SEMINAR, PARENTS NIGHT OUT, TEEN NIGHT.

10:30-11:00 Lil' Dragons (3-6 y.o.)
11:00-11:30 White-Black Belt (10 and Under)
11:30-12:15 White-Black Belt (11 and Up)
HAVE YOUR BIRTHDAY HERE!!! You do not have to be a member for us to host one for you!!
