Weapons/Extreme Back in Action!

It's been a while since we've really held our classes preparing for a specific weapon and form. This cycle, from August-October, we will be using nun chucks. Everyone did a great job getting signed up for theirs and they will arrive soon!! Also, at the end of the cycle at our NEXT Awards Ceremony they will perform their form with the nun chucks!! Can't wait!!! :)
